This ancient Diclonius probably leads back to the 800 AC where it was originated from Tokoyo. She looks like a demon but clearly it's not Reason why her hair isn't pink is because she is "pure breed" and also explains her horns, not just cat like but long tusk like horns. Yes she is naked and the thing on her chest is a tattoo, same for under her eyes. Her name is unknown but her codename is "Ondra"
