Okay here's what I think~
Head - Good, but what's going on with the mouth??
Neck - Is he suppose to be a giraffe??
Body/arms- Good except he's exceptionally long and looks anorexic, and the hands look rather skeleton like.
Legs- Good, the part you can see anyway.

The hair
Please improve~
