From the looks of this, you took a picture rather than scan it. Next time, stand far away from the picture, use the zoom function until the picture fills the screen and take the picture with flash on. It works a lot better.
The drawing itself is good, but my art teacher would freak on you for how you shaded. Don't shade/colour in one direction, shade/colour with the flow of the lines. It will look surprisingly better. - Report As Spam
