- Title: Modern Day Icarus
- Artist: Homeless Romantic
-
Description:
If you can't read what it says, it says, "Today on fragile wings I tried to touch the sun. My wax and feathers melted, all my dreams have come undone today..."
*sigh* I do realize that he is disproportionate. And if he stretched out his left leg it would be longer than his right, but I wanted to submit it anyway. So please be nice, please. - Date: 12/25/2008

- lol It's not a poem. It's part of a song written by a band called Brave Saint Saturn. The song is called "I fell away" and it was written about Icarus.

- i love the poem and if you knew about greek mythology youd know why they were attached to his wrists "random socks" the poem is awesome and makes me feel instead of icarus being ignorant and arogant he was more hoping and longing for something better.
