This is a painting of Edgar Allan Poe that I finished last week. I used shades of gray and then black to capture the mood; sort of dark, as was the writer of the horror novels.
And I added the black panels on the side as if it were an old photograph of some kind.

- incredible! I just adore the shading u did on it. It really sets the scene and well, he did write a lot of horror poems and such.
