Okay this is my opinion. It is good. Not bad at all.
Draw it your own style. But you use too much "warm" colors. Like red, orange, yellow, etc etc. I love the hair. But there is a slight problem. When you do the lighting, you must know where the lights come from. Is it from the top front? Top left? Behind? Etc etc. Lighting is very important, but you are doing fine. Keep up the good work.
