I think I have spent about thirty hours on this...
60+ layers in Photoshop; the original paper lineart took forever by itself.
But I'm very happy with how this turned out; with the exception of the wierd, messed up lighting. I might work on it later, but I've been working on this piccy for five days, and I'm sick of it!! Sick, sick!! *bleah*

try and talk about exactly what you like about the
picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is
