I know, I need to work on hands and stuff....
I am not exactly proud of this because of the colors...But, I liked the idea. I am coming up with a story and there are groups of people, they need uniforms...Well, not all girls will wear this, but something like this. C:

In MY opinion..
left arms a lil stiff, and too short compared to the other.
Eyes are a lil bit too far from eachother, a lil tip:
when your drawing eyes, look at the lips, the Eyes are usually twice the length of your lips. the colourings alright.
And the hands are abit too stubby, and the joints aren't correct.
But its pretty good, just practice til you can't draw no more ;P
