Your shading is good, I would just make it a bit darker in places. The face looks a bit flat. Also, her hair ending so abrumptly is odd.
Very good overall.
My two biggest tips would be: leave a link to the original image or post it in the reference and don't smudge. Smudging is the devil! - Report As Spam
