The mouth is fine....some people's lips are actually like that, CoffeeVoodoo. Read some manga or american comic books, and you might see what I'm talking about.
This is incredible, espicially since you drew it in MS paint. Great job! 5'd

Its ok, just lower the mouth, if you have trouble free hand drawing on paint draw a sketch in color then go over it with black then use the bucket to get the color off of the drawing.
