You're pretty good. You seem to have the opposite problem I do though XD
I can draw female figures, but have a hell of a time with male figures >.<
Anyways, I think this is awesome. The only thing I would change is moving the eye a little closer to the nose, but you've already been told that so I'll shut up XD

- It's good but her chest isn't level with her neck, It looks really really stiff, even trying to look past the thingy around her neck, curve it a bit more I'd say, it just doesn't line up... And maybe bring the eye in a bit closer to her eye, and it would be VERY good. ^.^ 4/5
